Drive business growth for CyberAube Technologies by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the cybersecurity space. Work directly with founders to shape our sales strategy and establish our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads in target industries (BFSI, Tech, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone to decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors)
Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client security needs
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Manage sales pipeline from lead to close using CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot)
Collaborate with technical team to scope projects and develop solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Track competitors and market trends to refine sales approach
Achieve quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Required Qualifications

Join our technical team as a QRadar specialist to architect, implement, and manage SIEM deployments for enterprise clients. Work on complex security projects, develop custom content, and help organizations strengthen their threat detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect QRadar SIEM solutions based on client requirements
Install, configure, and deploy QRadar in distributed environments
Integrate diverse log sources (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoints, cloud, applications)
Develop custom correlation rules, dashboards, and reports
Perform log parsing troubleshooting and data source onboarding
Optimize QRadar performance, tuning, and capacity planning
Build use cases for threat detection and compliance (NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
Conduct QRadar health checks and vulnerability assessments
Provide Level 2/3 support for managed SIEM clients
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
Required Qualifications
3-6 years hands-on experience with IBM QRadar SIEM
Strong understanding of SIEM concepts, log management, and correlation
